Our R+D+I department is continuously striving in these three vital areas in order to offer the best to our customers:

Technological resources
Pro-Engineer Design programmes in 2D and 3D with the possibility of using X_T, igs, vda, dwg and dxt files.
MAGMA Soft programme which simulates feeding and solidification of steel.
Capacity to design any type of valve casting in a short space of time.

Prototype production

We guarantee the quality of our products, which undergo strict controls at our plant, such as dimensional and non-destructive testing, dye-penetrant and magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic testing, radiography and pickling.

Customer advice

We offer a service of highly-qualified technical advice to our customers in areas such as: selection of optimum steel grade for castings based on conditions, flow etc; selection of most suitable and profitable production process, in accordance with the requirements of each customer. We are in direct collaboration with the worldÂ’s leading R+D Centres, laboratories and University Engineering Departments.

Design

Our extensive expertise in valve design, together with integrated CAD/CAM (Solid Works) systems fully exploit the opportunities for innovative and competitive engineering solutions whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
